> LASER BEAM BRAZING AND SOLDERING
The demands on industrial joining processes are steadily increasing. Often a strong joint of materials is not enough. Not requiring any secondary finishing and visually appealing seams in the visual range and exact joints in micro scale are the results of our projects dealing with laser beam brazing and soldering.
We study the potential of laser-based brazing and soldering in order to meet the increasing requirements on joining process and material characteristics. Due to intelligent process design and channeling, almost everything, from automated repair soldering within electronic engineering to track brazing within modern bodywork, is possible.
Due to the nearly non-warping connection of dissimilar materials, new application areas have already been developed. In order to further tap the optimization potential in respect of process velocity and quality, we work with the latest process monitoring and enhance them continually.
